Send a flower gift in Tokyo, from a dried-flower specialty shop
Tida Flower Omotesando is a dried flower shop in Tokyo, near Omotesando Station. More overseas guests are now finding us on Instagram and asking, “Can I send a flower gift in Tokyo?” or “Can you deliver a present to my hotel in Tokyo?” This page explains, in English, how to order a dried flower gift / present in Tokyo, how our delivery works, and what kind of bouquets we can make. We recommend placing your order 1–3 business days before your preferred delivery date, so we can create your bouquet carefully with natural, undyed dried flowers.Who this guide is for
This page first explains how customers outside Japan can send a dried-flower gift in Tokyo —
① Overseas → Tokyo.
If you live in Japan, please see:
② Buying for yourself in Japan and
③ Sending to another address in Japan.
①Overseas → Tokyo (deliver to hotel / friend)
1. Delivery area (Japan domestic only, mainly Tokyo)
We ship inside Japan only. Most of our English inquiries are for Tokyo delivery: Ginza, Omotesando, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, and other central areas. This page is especially for customers who search for:
- Tokyo flower gift
- flower gift present in Tokyo delivery
- Tokyo dried flower gift (Japan domestic shipping only)
- send flowers to Tokyo hotel
- dried flower bouquet Omotesando Tokyo
We can also ship to other prefectures via Yamato. Most requests are for Tokyo delivery—sending a flower gift to a hotel or a friend in the city.
2. Delivery method and lead time
We ship by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato / TA-Q-BIN). Please place your order by 1:00 PM (JST) if you want us to ship on the same business day. However, many customers request delivery for a specific future date (for example, “I will arrive in Tokyo on the 20th, please deliver on the 21st”), so placing your order 1-3 business days in advance is the safest and most comfortable way.For central Tokyo, arrival is usually within 1–2 days after dispatch, but we make each dried flower bouquet after receiving the order, so we may ask for a little flexibility.
Hotel delivery is available. We address it to the Front Desk with “Hold for guest: [Name] / Check-in: [Date]”. This is useful if you searched for “Tokyo hotel flower delivery”.
3. What you can send as a gift
Dried flower bouquet (birthday, anniversary, wedding, proposal, thank-you) Swag and wreath for interior Framed dried flower pieces and art bottles Selected natural dried flower stems and pampas grassWe mainly use undyed, naturally dried flowers from Japanese growers, so the colors may slowly soften and become slightly antique. That slow change is part of the beauty.
Still. Shines. Timeless.
For customers who want a long-lasting flower present in Tokyo, dried flowers are a very good choice.
4. How to order (Consult via Instagram → Pay on Online Store)
Step 1 — Consult via Instagram DM
Send us a DM (English OK):
Instagram @tidaflowertokyo
- Tell us what you’d like to send — bouquet / swag / wreath / framed piece.
- Share delivery details — Tokyo hotel or friend’s full address, plus a reachable Japanese phone number (e.g., hotel front desk).
- If hotel — add “Hold for guest: [Full Name] / Check-in: [YYYY-MM-DD]”.
- Preferred schedule — delivery date (YYYY-MM-DD) and time window (morning / 14–16 / 16–18 / 18–20 / 19–21).
- We’ll guide you to the right item on our Online Store — for example, we may send a direct product link, a relevant dried-flower category page to choose from, or create a custom listing if needed. You’ll then complete payment securely on our store.
Security note: We never request payment or card details in DMs — you’ll always complete checkout on our official online store.
Step 2 — Complete purchase on our Online Store (required)
All payments are completed on our Online Store:
Online Store
- Open the link we provide (product or category) and proceed to checkout.
- Delivery / Shipping — enter the Tokyo hotel or friend’s address and a reachable Japanese phone number (e.g., hotel front desk).
- Billing / Buyer — use your own billing address. If the form requires a Japanese billing address, you may use our shop details for the billing fields only (see below). This will not affect delivery.
- Remarks / Notes — add your preferred date (YYYY-MM-DD) and time window (morning / 14–16 / 16–18 / 18–20 / 19–21), plus any gift message.
- Timing — if payment is completed by 1:00 PM (JST) on a business day, we’ll try for same-day dispatch (arrival usually next day in central Tokyo). Ordering 1–3 business days in advance is safest.
Recipient phone number (required for delivery)
Required: Yamato Transport needs a working Japanese phone number for the delivery location. Without a local contact number, the driver cannot call on arrival and the parcel may be marked “absent,” causing delays. For this reason, we cannot ship orders that do not include a recipient phone number in Japan.
What number to provide
If the recipient does not have a personal Japanese number, please provide one for the place of delivery, such as:
— the hotel’s front desk or concierge phone number
— the accommodation / host / property management phone number
— the office / shop main line for workplace deliveries
Where to enter the number
At checkout, put the phone number in the Delivery / Shipping phone field. If you order via Instagram DM, include the number together with the delivery address and preferred date/time.
Important: The Delivery / Shipping phone must be a working Japanese number for the recipient or delivery location (hotel/front desk/office). Do not use our shop number here — the driver needs to reach the recipient on arrival.
For the Billing / Buyer fields only, you may use our shop number if a phone number is required.
Unattended delivery (“leave at door”)
In Japan, unattended delivery can only be authorized by the recipient directly with Yamato (app or phone). The sender cannot request this on the recipient’s behalf. A reachable recipient or front desk number is therefore essential.
If you don’t have a Japanese billing address
If the online checkout requires a billing address (Buyer) in Japan but you don’t have one, you may enter our shop details for the billing fields only. This will not affect delivery.
Shop details (for BILLING / Buyer fields only):

Japan
Please make sure the Delivery / Shipping address is your Tokyo hotel or your friend’s address in Japan and include a reachable Japanese phone number for the recipient or the delivery location (e.g., hotel front desk).
Scheduling note: Because each bouquet is made to order, if your requested delivery date is several days ahead or needs adjustment, we may contact you by DM or email to confirm the plan or propose a suitable time window.
5. Typical questions from overseas customers
Can you deliver today / Same-day (sameday)?
Same-day delivery is usually not available. We create each bouquet after your order and we ship with Yamato, so the earliest delivery is normally the next day. Please order 1–3 business days in advance whenever possible. How many days in advance do I need for Ginza / central Tokyo?
1–3 business days before your preferred date is best. If you finish your order and payment by 1:00 PM (JST), we can often ship on the same day, but we prefer a little extra time so the bouquet can be made in our usual quality. Can you deliver to my Tokyo hotel?
Yes. Many customers ask us to send a flower gift present in Tokyo delivery to their hotel. Please tell us the hotel name, guest name, check-in date, and phone number. Please include the hotel’s main phone number in the Shipping phone field; Yamato needs a reachable Japanese number to call on arrival. We will write it on the Yamato label so the front desk can receive it.Can you ship overseas?
No. We ship within Japan only.6. Why choose a dried flower gift in Tokyo?
Fresh flowers are beautiful on the day, but dried flowers let your “congratulations” and “thank you” stay longer — especially useful for people visiting Tokyo for only a few days. Because our dried flowers are natural (not heavily dyed), they suit Tokyo interiors, hotel rooms, and small apartments. A dried flower bouquet from an Omotesando shop is also a nice “Tokyo-style” gift for a local friend.②Buying for yourself in Japan (you live in Japan)
